How do I update student login details? - Teacher

Navigate to the Student

  1. Navigate to the ‘Monitoring’ tab.
  2. Click on the ‘Logins’ tab.
  3. Scroll down to find the section listing each student, along with their email, password, and last login details.

Updating Email Addresses

  • Click the pen icon next to the student’s current email (image below).
  • Enter the new email address. We recommend using a student’s school email address, so they can request a password reset if needed.
  • Press ‘Enter’ to save your changes.

Resetting Passwords

  • To update a password, click the pen icon to the left of the current password.
  • Type in the new password, ensuring it meets the following criteria: At least 8 characters, 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 numeric digit.
  • Press ‘Enter’ to save
