How do I update students' login details? - Teacher

Editing students’ passwords:

From the 'Placements' page (a), click onto the 'Logins' tab (b).

Here you can:

• View students' email addresses in a list

• Reset students passwords

• See the 'Last Login' column which shows when they last logged on to the Hub

Editing students emails and passwords:

1. From the 'Placements' page (a), click onto the 'Logins' tab (b).
2. Click 'Edit' to visit the page where you can update the student's log in details (email and/or password)
3. Scroll down to the 'Student Hub Login Details' section, seen below.
4. Update the email address
5. Click ‘Update password’ and enter a new password into the box
6. Scroll down to click 'Update student'
