How do I update student login details? - Teacher
Navigate to the Student
- Navigate to the ‘Monitoring’ tab.
- Click on the ‘Logins’ tab.
- Scroll down to find the section listing each student, along with their email, password, and last login details.
Updating Email Addresses
- Click the pen icon next to the student’s current email (image below).
- Enter the new email address. We recommend using a student’s school email address, so they can request a password reset if needed.
- Press ‘Enter’ to save your changes.
Resetting Passwords
- To update a password, click the pen icon to the left of the current password.
- Type in the new password, ensuring it meets the following criteria: At least 8 characters, 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 numeric digit.
- Press ‘Enter’ to save
