How do I track student data form completion? - Teacher

Key Stage 2-4: viewing parent/carer data submissions

We require parent/carer data forms to be completed for students in Key Stages 2-4. 

Teachers can track completion of these on the 'Placements' page under the 'Students' tab. 

As parents and carers complete the data form during the term, this field will update for each student under the 'Enrolled Students' list (see screenshot below) to let you know it has been completed. Please note that if any parents/carers complete the form before a student is registered, there may be some delay to the Hub updating, but please be assured that it will update by the end of the week in which the student is registered.

Key Stage 5: viewing KS5 Data Protection Statements 

Students over the age of 16 are able to complete their own Data Protection Statement which usually they complete at the start of the Pre-Programme Assessment  on the Hub. 

Teachers can track student completion of these on the 'Students' tab under the column 'Data Permission Form Returned'
