How do I view tutorial information? - Teacher

On the Hub you can access your scheduled Tutor Launch and tutorial times, links to virtual tutorials (if applicable), and feedback from your PhD tutor on student engagement in tutorials.

How to Access Your Tutorial Times

You can view your placement schedule in two ways:

Go to the ‘Tasks’ tab and click ‘Placement Schedule’ under the ‘Get Placement Ready’ section.
Alternatively, navigate to the ‘Monitoring’ tab and then select the ‘Tutorials’ sub-tab.

After selecting either option, your Tutorial Times page will appear.

Please note:

Your Programme Officer will introduce you to your PhD tutor. We kindly ask that you wait for this introduction before contacting them.
Tutorial times are not finalised until agreed with the tutor and yourself. Your Programme Officer will send you a finalised schedule by email, please wait for this confirmation before making any arrangements, such as booking rooms.

How to Find Virtual Tutorial Links

If your placement is taking place virtually, the link for each tutorial will appear under the ‘Location’ column once it is available.
Your Programme Officer will also provide a technical guidance document to help you access and manage online tutorials.

Where to Find Tutor Feedback

PhD tutors are expected to complete the tutorial register and provide feedback on student engagement within 24 hours of each session.

Feedback will include a rating out of 10 and may also contain additional comments.
This information is visible to both The Brilliant Club staff and you as the Lead Teacher.
