How do I view tutorial information? - Teacher
Tutorial Management
On the Hub you can access your scheduled Tutor Launch and tutorial times, links to virtual tutorials (if applicable), and feedback from your PhD tutor on student engagement in tutorials.
How do I access tutorial information?
From the 'Placements' page, click onto the ‘Tutorials’ tab. The following page will appear. Please note that your Programme Officer will introduce you to your PhD tutor, and we ask that you wait until then to contact them.
How do I find the tutorial times?
The dates and times for each of your tutorials will be shown on this page.
Please note that these are not finalised until agreed with the tutor and yourself. Your Programme Officer will send you a Placement Schedule by email, please wait until everything is confirmed before making any plans, such as booking rooms.
How do I find the virtual tutorial links?
If your placement is taking place virtually, the link for each session will appear when it is ready under 'Virtual Tutorial Link'. Your Programme Officer will provide a technical guidance document to support you with accessing these online tutorials.
Where can I find the tutorial feedback from the tutor?
Within 24 hours of a tutorial taking place, PhD tutors are expected to complete the tutorial register and submit feedback on students’ engagement. As a minimum, this will take the form of a rating out of 10; they may also provide additional comments. Tutors are aware that these will be visible by both The Brilliant Club staff and you as Lead Teacher. To view this feedback, click the ‘View Tutor Feedback’ link (see screenshot above).
