What is a Planning Form?
The Planning Form helps us organise your school’s placement effectively. It is divided into two sections:
- Tutorial Scheduling: Collects your availability and preferred times for tutorials.
- Graduation Availability: Gathers your availability for the Graduation event.
If you do not complete the planning form, we will not be able to take your preferences into account.

How to Submit the Planning Form on the Hub
- Go to the ‘Tasks’ tab on your Hub dashboard.
- The Planning Form will be listed as the first step in preparing your placement.
- A red cross means the form is still incomplete.
- The submission deadline is displayed on the right-hand side.
- Click ‘Planning Form’ to open and complete the form.
- Once submitted, a green tick will appear to confirm completion.
- You can review your responses at any time by clicking on ‘Planning Form’ again.
Please note: You can resubmit your planning form at any time before the deadline. However, each new submission will overwrite the previous one. If any information from your earlier submission is still relevant, be sure to include it again so that it can be taken into consideration.
