How do I access the Hub?

New Users 
  • To access the Hub for the first time, you will receive an email containing instructions and a link to set up your account. This email will be sent around the same time your Programme Officer first gets in touch to start planning for the placement. Please note that the Hub invitation email is automated, so do check your spam or junk folders. 
  • Your username will be your school email address (taken from the school's sign up form); please follow the link to create a password for the platform. In line with National Cyber Security Centre advice, all users are required to enter a password of minimum 12 characters
  • Once your account is set up, you can sign in to the Hub by going to hub.thebrilliantclub.org
Returning Users
  • Log back into your account at hub.thebrilliantclub.org and your new placements will be visible on your Dashboard and on the 'Placements' page.
  • The Dashboard will show you your upcoming tasks for the term.

How do I reset my password? 

If you need to reset your password, you can do this from the log in page by clicking 'request new password'. Password reset emails come from noreply@thebrilliantclub.org so please ensure this email is not blocked by your school’s system.

How do I view my placements?

From the Dashboard, click on the tab labelled ‘Placements’.
