How do I access the Hub and view placements? - Teacher

New Users 

  • You will receive an email with instructions and a link to set up your Hub account. This email is sent automatically around the same time your Programme Officer contacts you to begin planning your placement.
  • Please check your spam or junk folders, as the invitation email is automated from noreply@thebrilliantclub.org, so please make sure that this email is not blocked.
  • Your username will be your school email address that your Programme Officer contacts you with.
  • Follow the link in the email to create a secure password (minimum 12 characters, in line with National Cyber Security Centre guidance).
  • Once your account is set up, you can log in on hub.thebrilliantclub.org.

How to View Your Placements

  • Once logged in, your placement(s) will appear listed on the ‘Welcome to the Hub’ page.

  • When you click into your placement, you’ll see two tabs: ‘Tasks’ and ‘Monitoring’. These tabs guide you through everything you need to do to:
  1. Get placement ready.
  2. Keep your students on track throughout the programme.
  3. Ensure that Tutorial 7 and the Graduation event are organised smoothly and effectively.
  • You can switch between placements at any time by selecting the dropdown arrow inthe top right corner.

How do I reset my password? 

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the Hub login page and click ‘Request new password’.
  • Password reset emails are sent from: noreply@thebrilliantclub.org. Please make sure this address is not blocked by your school’s email system.
