How do I check my students' assignment submissions? - Teacher
How do I check who has submitted an assignment?
You can track your students' baseline and final assignment submissions on the Hub by following these steps:
- On the ‘Tasks’ page, select either: ‘Baseline Assignments’ or ‘Final Assignment’ and you will be taken to the ‘Assignments’ tab.
- Alternatively, go to the ‘Monitoring’ page and click on the ‘Assignments’ sub-tab.
- A green tick will appear next to a student’s name under each assignment once their submission has been received—either through the Hub or confirmed via our internal system.
Please note:
- Students are able to submit assignments as a Word document, a pdf, a photo, or a Google document. When a student uploads work directly in the 'Assignments' section of the Hub, your overview updates automatically.
- If a student submits their work via schools@thebrilliantclub.org, there may be a short delay while we manually update the system.
- If work is submitted through other means (e.g. via Hub chat or forwarded by a teacher), your overview will only reflect this once The Brilliant Club has been notified.
Can I access students' final assignments?
Final assignments can be downloaded from the ‘Assignments’ tab—provided the student submitted their work through the ‘Final Assignment’ section of the Hub by following these steps:
- Scroll to the bottom of the ‘Assignments’ page.
- Click the hyperlink to download the file.
- If multiple files were submitted, they will appear as a numbered list.
When will I see students' marks?
Marks for both assignments will appear after the national moderation process is complete. Your PO will tell you when these are available.
Please do not share marks with students until their PhD tutor has provided full feedback—either on the Hub or during Tutorial 7.
